Losing Weight without a Diet

I just finished my first Eating Agenda..... and found some interesting stuff about my own eating habits.

And the lack of exercise and movement in my daily live.

So here is my look at it now to make sure I (and you) can loose weight without a dieet.

First you really have to write down all you eat and drink for at least five days and make sure you include a weekend!

Then analyse how much exercise you get and what your really eat.

After that analysis you have to use your common sense and really play hardball to yourself...

I my case, I really need to eat more fruit, get more exercise (walking for 30 minutes a day would work) and reduce my Cheese consumption.

Also reduce my Wine drinking to Red wine and a max of two glasses a day (well... on fewer days as well)

For you this might (and probably wil be) different, and you can only find out by writing done what you do first.

After that, just follow some simple tips:

  • Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day

  • Eat less of Fat containing food (read the labels on the products you buy)

  • Eat more fibers like there are in Fruit

  • Cut done on Cookies and other Calorie boosters

Use your common sense and question why that piece of food in going into your system.... you really already know whats good for you and what not, use that knowledge to loose weight!

Eating Diary Good or Bad idea

Last time I told you about the new start for loosing weight.

One of the things I need to do right now is to write everthing done what goes into my mouth..

From Breakfast to Lunch to Diner and everthing before, in between and after that.

A eating dairy like that is not that hard to write down, it just takes less than a minute eacht time, but it is really an eye-opener.

It is really good to see how much you eat and drink all day... and it is really bad to see how much you eat and drink all day!

I will keep on honestly writing it done, but my guess is that there really has to change something, is if I didn't know that, duhh.

The start of a new Lighter Life with Weightloss

Today marks a new beginning of my effort to regain control over my weight...

At this moment I am way to heavy for my own health, but I won't go on a dieet, I am going to get a grip on my lifestyle to some coaching of my sister who is a Weightconsultant in the making.

She is setting up her own practice and I will be one of her guinea pig to test her skills on.

Yesterday was D-Day, measuring and interviewing me on how my life and eating patterns are.

Some statistics :-(
Weight: 103 Kg = 206 Pounds
Height: 182 Cm
= BMI Result 31.1.... = danger!

Bodyfat 42 % (Ouch)
